Dyeing Fabric Company introduces the steps of fabric dyeing:
1. Pre-treatment
①Boiled cloth—Use caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide to cook the fabric before dyeing to remove the paraffin, cotton seed shell, pigment, and other impurities in the cotton yarn to make the color uniform. It is also an important part of the loss.
②Degreasing (mainly for chemical fiber cloth).
③Singeing—Burn off the hair on the cloth with flame.
④Eater's hair-"melt away" the hair on the cloth surface with biofilament.
⑤ Mercerizing—Using concentrated alkali to change the shape of the fiber cross-section, making the cloth surface reflective and shiny.
2. Dyeing: dye the cotton yarn in a water bath.
3. Post-processing
① Boiling alkali and washing water-After dyeing, the floating color is removed by boiling alkali oil and washing water to improve the colorfastness.
②Fixed soft-reinforcing color agent increases colorfastness, adding soft oil to improve the feel of the cloth and not easy to produce creases.
