Selection Requirements for Home Textile Fabrics :
1. Yarn-dyed pure cotton is easy to shrink. Yarn-dyed pure cotton is a kind of pure cotton fabric, which is woven with warp and weft yarns of different colors. Due to the first dyeing and then weaving, the dye penetration is strong, the color fastness is good, the different-colored yarn fabrics have a strong three-dimensional sense and unique style, and the bedding is mostly represented by a striped pattern. It has the characteristics of pure cotton fabric but usually shrinks more.
2. The price of polyester and cotton is affordable. Polyester-cotton brand products generally use polyester-cotton fabrics with a ratio of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Polyester cotton is divided into two types: plain weave and twill. The plain weave polyester-cotton fabric has a thin surface, good strength and wear resistance, and has a very small shrinkage rate. Pure cotton is very soft, feels good in the hand, is comfortable to use, easy to dye, has a rich variety of patterns, is soft and warm, has strong hygroscopicity and is washable, and has less static electricity. It is a widely used material for bedding, but it is easy to wrinkle, easy to shrink, has poor elasticity, has acid and alkali resistance, not suitable for long-term processing at high temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, so cotton products are sprayed wet when ironing, which is easy to iron. If possible, iron the product with a steam iron after each use, and the effect will be better.
4. Jacquard pure cotton is thicker. High-count and high-density jacquard pure cotton fabric have a particularly large warp and weft density and rich weaving changes. Therefore, the fabric feels thick and durable and has a high surface finish. It is a more advanced type of pure cotton fabric.
